I've discovered Dr.Cagatay Clinic after months' research online. What attracted me to his clinic was that he is only specialising in ear, nose, and throat. Therefore, I was certain he would be able to provide best care. I had rhinoplasty before and needed a revision, so I really needed someone trustworthy and reliable. I came to Istanbul from UK and all aspects of my journey was taken care off, even now after 2 months being postop, Dr.Cagatay and Sarah (lovely lady who is point of contact) keeping in touch and regularly arranging follow ups via Zoom and WhatsApp. I am extremely satisfied with results already and it will become even better with the time, once fully healed. I’m 1 month post-op so far, but Dr Ruhi is one of the best doctors in Turkey. He is so attentive and listens to everything you want.

I had 20+ surgeons in total and Dr Çağatay Ruhi stood out to me because he is the only one that offered me a video consultation. He explained EVERYTHING during the consultation and made me feel secure, answered every question I had and gave me 2 more video consultations up until my surgery date. He made simulations of what my new nose was going to look like and it was incredible.

His assistant Zeynep and his translator Fera were equally as important to this process for me as they kept me reassured while I was in Turkey and again, answered every single question, doubt, and irrational fear that I had.

During my visit to the Clinic, my initial thoughts were that it was clean and top-tier. They make you feel welcome, make you a cup of tea and not only did they look after me, but they looked after my partner too!

Fast forward to 1 month post-op: My results are amazing with minimal swelling! I could go outside comfortably within 2 weeks of my operation. I am still in frequent contact with the clinic and surgeon, they are like family to me now. Thank you, Dr Çağaty Ruhi and the team. I am forever grateful.

Dr Cagatay Ruhi and his clinic are amazing. I had a revision rhinoplasty in order to fix the shape, dorsal hump, septum, and function. I am extremely happy with the results. I had such a great experience with the clinic during my rhinoplasty. Dr Ruhi explained everything to me in great detail and went over everything in depth before the surgery. After the surgery he and his nurses explained the after care procedures carefully and followed up with me everyday to check in. I couldn’t be happier with my nose and overall experience!

Honestly, I was meticulous when I choose the surgeon for my rhinoplasty. I’ve contacted many clinics, including the most famous ones. As opposed the others, Dr. Cagatay Ruhi talked to me personally via video call. From very first moment, he was so caring and assured me that he was taking my concerns seriously. It wasn’t difficult to make my mind to go with him. My operation was so smooth - I didn’t have unexpected complications. Thanks to my extremely sensitive skin, I had bruised but I was looking totally fine within 10 days from the operation. The result is also perfect. My nose looks even better than I’d imagined and I don’t have any issue with my breathing. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Cagatay Ruhi, he is a wonderful doctor who you can trust.
